Micro Agent Investment Opportunity

We are offering a limited number of entrepreneurial individuals the opportunity to invest in and operate as a Micro Agentwithin a defined geographic area.

1. Exclusive Area Rights

Each Micro Agent secures the exclusive right to sell and manage listings within an allocated territory.
This exclusivity ensures:

• No internal competition within your area
• Full ownership of client relationships
• The ability to build a valuable, recurring revenue base

2. The Micro Agent Role

As a Micro Agent, your core responsibility is to deliver a managed service to local businesses by:

• Onboarding clients through listing sales
• Managing and enhancing their ongoing digital presence
• Linking clients to ClickPacks — structured ecosystems that improve visibility, engagement, and AI discoverability

You are not selling a once-off product — you are managing a client’s ongoing position within a connected digital ecosystem.

3. Head Office Shared Services

To ensure every Micro Agent can operate efficiently and scale quickly, Head Office provides a comprehensive shared services layer, including:

• Centralised technology platform and listing engine
• ClickPack infrastructure and optimisation tools
• Built-in CRM system to manage clients, pipelines, and relationships
• Integrated financial platform for invoicing, tracking revenue, and reporting
• Content frameworks and media support
• AI-driven visibility and data tools
• Training, onboarding, and ongoing support
• Sales enablement and marketing assets

This allows Micro Agents to focus on sales, relationships, and growth, while Head Office manages the backend complexity and operational systems.

Investment & Commercial Structure

Joining Fee

• Once-off investment: R30,000

This secures your:

• Exclusive territory rights
• Access to the full platform and shared services
• Onboarding, training, and go-to-market support

Platform Fee

• 25% platform fee per listing payable to Head Office

This fee covers:

• Platform access, hosting, and maintenance
• Continuous technology and feature upgrades
• CRM and financial system usage
• AI tools, optimisation, and data management
• Central marketing and brand support

Expansion Rights (Reselling Opportunities)

Micro Agents may apply to sell sub-rights within their territory, subject to Head Office approval.

• A 15% re-joining fee will apply on the total sale value of any new Micro Agent introduced
• This creates an additional revenue stream through territory expansion and network growth

Return on Investment

• Estimated ROI period: 5 months
• Potential net profit: R50,000 per month
