3. The Micro Consulting Role

As a Smarketing Micro Consultant, your role is to build and manage client visibility within a connected digital ecosystem, not simply sell marketing services.

You will:

  • Onboard clients through structured listing and visibility packages
  • Manage and optimise their ongoing digital presence
  • Connect clients into ClickPacks (structured visibility ecosystems)
  • Improve discoverability across search engines and AI-driven platforms
  • Develop long-term client relationships and recurring contracts

You are building always-on digital visibility systems, not one-off campaigns.


4. Head Office Shared Services Platform

To support scale and simplicity, Head Office provides a fully integrated operating system:

  • Centralised SaaS platform and listing engine
  • ClickPack ecosystem builder and optimisation tools
  • Built-in CRM for pipeline and client management
  • Integrated financial system (invoicing, reporting, revenue tracking)
  • AI-driven visibility and optimisation tools
